Lia Elnatan

I’m a bachelor of design from the Jewelry Design department at the prestigious College of Engineering and Design – Shenkar. My family immigrated to Israel from the Soviet Union, capital city of Tajikistan- Dushanbe, when I was only five years old. I grew up in Maale Adumim, a small town near Jerusalem. After finishing school, served in the Israeli Defense Forces for two years, as a network control supervisor. After a short encounter with a fashion designer at the age of 10, I have dreamed about pursuing a career in fashion and design. Jewelry making, sewing, painting and ballroom dancing have been my interests for long.

My inspiration derives from architectural structures, fashion icons like Alexander Mcqueen, Vivienne Westwood, Thierry Mugler, Jean Paul Gauilter, Balmmain. Music icons like the king of pop - Michael Jackson. I make jewelry that enhances your daily fashion style and gives you a feeling of innovation and uniqueness. The main theme of my designs are the relations and connections between different forms and structures.

I am constantly striving to push my creative boundaries and to extend my visual vocabulary combining classical methods and contemporary techniques. I love experimenting with different materials and communicating my thoughts and experiences through my work. Welcome to my world, where everything is possible.
