Mirror Bean Long Necklace
The mirror bean long necklace is the masterpiece of My Coffee Dose Collection jewelry. The necklace is hand crafted through wax sculpture technique. To get the coffee beans the dark look I oxidized them. The chain length in the pictures is 70 cm made of gold filled.
The beans are molded from city roast Papua New Guinea coffee beans. The surfaces have unique rough textures that naturally formed when the real coffee beans burn out at 1350 degree. They are then casted in solid brass, sterling silver and oxidized. The metal coffee beans are soldered onto sterling silver hooks, posts, necklace chains, or hand hammered and oxidized ring bands.
